Privacy Notice pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03, art. 13
1. We inform you that, for the purpose of evaluating your information request, AGRITURISMO La Sfruscià Resort Srl, headquartered in San Gregorio Magno (SA), Strada Provinciale 10b (data controller), will hold certain personal data provided directly by you (e.g. email address, various data contained within the request).
2. The aforementioned data will be processed and stored in compliance with all applicable regulations, with the utmost respect for your privacy.
3. The aforementioned data will be processed both on paper and electronic media, as well as via remote systems protected by privacy safeguards, in order to fulfil your request. Data that is no longer necessary will be deleted.
4. Data may be shared with third parties, where necessary, to fulfil your request. It may also be accessed, where necessary, by all authorised personnel (administrative staff, technicians) handling the data (appointed as required by law) according to their levels and authorisation profiles. Data processors may also have access to it. This facility will ensure that the aforementioned third parties maintain strict confidentiality, informing them of the purposes for which the data was provided.
5. The provision of and consent to the processing of the data you have supplied — necessary to fulfil your request — is optional. However, any refusal to provide it, in whole or in part, may make it impossible for us to proceed with your request.
6. All aforementioned data will be retained for the time necessary to consider your request and in any case no longer than any deletion request you may submit.
7. You may contact the data controller, Ms. Francesca Neri, at the facility's address, to obtain all information regarding the processing of your data, to exercise the rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, and to receive a complete and up-to-date list of any data processors.
Rights provided for under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data communicated in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identifying details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as data processors or as persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where of interest, the integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means compared to the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even where it is relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material, or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
Should you wish to receive our offers, you will need to consent to processing for such purposes and provide your email address, so that promotional and informational material about the farm can be sent to the email address indicated. The provision of data for this purpose and the related consent are entirely optional, and any refusal will have no consequence other than not receiving our offers.
