Agriturismo La sfruscià enjoying home cooking and traditional local cuisine, made with seasonal products from own farm. Local salami and genuine meats are made in own factory. We prepare also fresh homemade pasta every day. Wine goes hand-inhand with cuisine and exalts it. A full-bodied red wine around the 11th grade, produced with Merlot, Barbera, Aglianico and Nero D'Avola.
Our menu offers many different dishes for every season. You will have the chance to taste our homemade pasta, salami and meat with differents side dishes and sauce.
