The availability request is not binding and does not constitute a contract for either the Guest or Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort Srl.
The booking request constitutes an Order Form and is therefore binding for the Guest but not binding for Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort Srl, which reserves the right not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation sent by Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort Srl to the Guest is binding for both parties and constitutes the finalisation of the booking contract with option.
In the event that a deposit is requested, the Guest must send it within the timeframe indicated by the management of Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort Srl in order for the option to be removed and the booking definitively confirmed.
At that point, Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort SRL will send the Guest a confirmation email.
All reservations must be reconfirmed by email, accepting the facility's cancellation conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking becomes binding for Agriturismo La Sfruscià Resort SRL only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt where required.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total stay, excluding optional services (which will be included in the balance payable at check-out).
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher (confirmation by email) which you must show when checking in at our facility.
Arrivals (check-in): from 14:00 to 16:00
Departures (check-out): from 08:00 to 10:30
Balance payment: at check-in using the following methods:
– Cash
– Credit card: Visa, Mastercard
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of booking cancellation, the lessor will retain the following percentage of the total stay amount:
1. 30 days before arrival: 25%
2. 29–15 days before arrival: 50%
3. 14–8 days before arrival: 75%
4. 7–0 days before arrival: 100%
