What kind of wine do you produce?
We produce natural red wine, blend of Aglianico, Merlot and Barbera, fermented in chestnut wood with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfites. The wine cellar is carved into the rock 6 meters underground, maintaining a constant temperature of 12°C.
