Our cuisine is based on Campanian and Lucanian traditional cuisine, with products from our farm. We age our cured meats on-site from free-range pigs and prepare fresh handmade pasta every day by Chef Pasqualina. 🍷 Natural Wine from Our Production – The Midnight Toast
All New Year's Eve is accompanied by red wine from our production. A full-bodied blend around 11° alcohol content, produced with Aglianico, Merlot and Barbera grapes. Long maceration on skins in chestnut wood, without additives or added sulfites, as was done in the old farmhouse cellars. Our cellar is carved 6 meters in the rock at a constant temperature of 12°C. The perfect midnight toast to welcome the New Year at the farmhouse.
