Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 4 days before arrival: no cash refund is provided, but we will issue a voucher for the same amount, valid for 12 months, to reschedule your stay.

Bank holidays, public holidays and special occasions: for stays during high-demand periods (Easter, Ferragosto, New Year's Eve, etc.), free cancellation is valid only within 24 hours of confirmation. After this deadline, no refund is provided.

Deposit required: €100 per room to confirm the booking. The deposit is refundable only if cancellation falls within the timeframes described above.
